You will prospect, pitch, and secure meetings with high-value corporate leads, then drive sales to hit targets and grow the business.

• 3+ years in business development, brokering, sales, or client-facing role.
• Corporate sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and secure meetings with high-value corporate leads for Employee Benefits insurance solutions.
• Drive sales and close deals to hit team targets and grow the business.
• Own the EB space by being the go-to expert from onboarding to claims.
• Identify key market segments and position group products to meet business needs.
• Manage and service new and existing corporate clients, ensuring smooth operations and continuous support for EB plans.
• Follow up on outstanding premiums and claims excesses, maintaining strong client relationships.
