Job summary

ADA, a Data and AI Experience Company, is hiring an E-Commerce Marketing Senior Manager to lead cross-platform marketplace strategy across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop. You will craft growth roadmaps, influence client decisions, and ensure operational excellence at scale while developing a high-performance team across markets.

Qualifications

• Seven to nine years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing.
• Experience managing teams and client portfolios (at least 3 years).
• Deep expertise in Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop advertising ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform marketplace strategies across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop that deliver sustainable growth.
• Craft and own quarterly growth roadmaps for the client portfolio, aligned to targets and calendars.
• Lead multi-team or market initiatives with clear plans and success measures.
• Partner with clients and internal leadership using data-backed recommendations and business cases.
• Oversee portfolio performance, including budget allocation, forecasting, and margin management.
