Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Shopee and/or Lazada platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.
• Experience in campaign planning and execution.
• Understanding of pricing, promotions, and profitability.
• Experience with marketplace ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads).
• Familiarity with livestream and affiliate ecosystems.
• Basic understanding of product positioning and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketplace growth strategies across platforms.
• Plan and execute high-impact campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability.
• Ensure accurate listings, catalog management, and onboarding.
• Oversee platform operations, order flow and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launch activities.
• Track KPIs, ROAS, and campaign ROI with regular reporting.
• Lead and mentor the marketplace team.
