Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an E-commerce Manager to oversee daily operations of its online stores and marketplaces. You will update listings, pricing, descriptions, images, and stock across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.

You will execute campaigns, promotions, discounts, and platform activities while monitoring sales, traffic, and product performance. Regular performance reporting and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Experience with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop is a plus.
• Understanding of marketplace operations and campaign mechanics.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce stores and online marketplaces.
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and stock availability.
• Manage platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website and other marketplaces.
• Execute online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, discounts and platform activities.
• Monitor daily sales, orders, traffic, conversion rates and product performance.
• Prepare regular e-commerce sales and performance reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings and enquiries on marketplace platforms.
• Assist in managing affiliate, KOL and influencer campaigns where required.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure online stores are updated, attractive and aligned with company branding.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams.
