Job summary

Masai is looking for an E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive to manage day-to-day operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Brand E-Shop. You will ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and campaigns while coordinating the customer journey from order placement to delivery and installation.

The role requires coordination with internal teams, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or related fields.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, digital commerce or online retail.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or Brand.com.
• Experience supporting e-commerce campaigns, promotions and marketplace activities is advantageous.
• Strong coordination with multiple departments and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Support daily e-commerce operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Brand E-Shop.
• Ensure listings, pricing and content are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and customer service for smooth order fulfilment.
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and external partners to meet targets.
