Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is recruiting on behalf of a client in the distribution/e-commerce sector for a Senior E-commerce Operations Executive (TikTok | Shopee). You will own online marketplace performance across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, focusing on campaign planning, ads optimization, and growth strategies.

Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on e-commerce experiences with Shopee and/or Lazada ads & campaigns.
Data driven and comfortable working with numbers.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Bonus: Experience in live operations / affiliates or experience in supplements / FMCG / Beauty industry

Responsibilities

Plan and execute monthly campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and platform submissions.
Optimize ads based on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and sales performance.
Own affiliate and live commerce strategies to drive incremental GMV.
Analyze store performance (traffic, conversion, AOV) and propose improvements.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
