Job summary

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is seeking a results-driven Senior E-commerce Executive to drive campaigns, optimize storefronts on Shopee and Lazada, and boost traffic and revenues for our beauty brands.

The role involves planning promotions, analyzing market trends, and coordinating digital marketing activities to achieve KPIs, while ensuring a seamless customer experience and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher in E-commerce, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce sales/marketing or platform management.
• Experience with Shopee/Lazada and B2B operations is a plus.
• Experience in beauty or retail industry is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce campaigns and digital marketing strategies to grow traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Research market trends, audience, and competitors; report monthly insights.
• Plan promotions and advertising campaigns across digital channels.
• Improve shopping experience and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Manage product information, campaigns, reporting, and order processing.
• Optimize promotional mechanics to maximize sales and profitability.
• Identify opportunities from performance data and marketplace insights.
• Hands-on management of Shopee and/or Lazada and B2B operations.

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a results-driven Senior E-commerce Executive to join us

Job Description:

• Developing and implementing e-commerce campaign goals, e-promotions, and digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, sales, leads and growth of revenues for our brand.
• Conduct research and provide monthly details analysis report by identifying market trends in e-Commerce, target audience, and competitor activities in online market to achieve the sales KPI and improve the business growth.
• Plan promotional and advertising campaigns (digital, livestream, social media and online collaboration activation)
• Continuous improvements to enhance users' shopping experience
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Responsible for operational tasks which include update various products information, features and images, process order, campaign planning, reporting, etc.
• Plan, execute and continuously optimize promotional mechanics and campaign strategies to maximize sales performance and profitability.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend actionable improvements through performance analysis and marketplace insights.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopee and/or Lazada marketplace & B2B operations.
• Experience in Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG categories is preferred. Experience in Shopee B2B operations is an added advantage

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

• Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master Degree in E-commerce / Marketing / Business Administrations / Mass Communication or any relevant field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience and exposure in E-commerce sales / Marketing or Experienced in platform management by handling principal account.
• Prior experience in beauty or retail industry will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales target given.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, as well as excellent computer skills, including in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
