Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Debug Engineer in Prai, Penang to join our production engineering team. You will design, execute and document tests on complex electronic products, interpret results and report findings to management.

You’ll work closely with design and manufacturing to resolve test failures, optimize test yields, and configure digital circuits using FPGA and BGA techniques. A bachelor’s degree and ~5 years of related experience are required, with on-site work in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in related functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on electronic products and systems and prepare technical reports.
• Interface with engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems and interpret data.
• Configure digital circuits using FPGA and BGA and analyze test data for failures.
• Collaborate with floor staff to resolve test yield problems and coordinate corrective actions.
