Job summary

Flex in Prai, Penang is seeking a Senior Debug Manager to lead testing and debugging efforts across electronics products. You will evaluate test data, advise on repairs, and drive root-cause analysis to resolve yield issues while coordinating corrective actions and monitoring improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or EMS industry is required or equivalent training.
• Typically requires 10 years of related experience in EMS/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret test data and product performance to guide repair.
• Lead root cause investigations and coordinate corrective actions and improvements.
• Train floor support, repair technicians and test operators on test hardware and software.
• Develop technical summaries for engineers and management.
