Job summary

Flex is seeking a skilled Debug Engineer to join our team in Prai, Penang. You will support testing and validation of PCBA and firmware, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities include analyzing failures, configuring FPGA/BGA hardware, preparing technical reports, and driving corrective actions. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of PCBA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in PCBA debug, validation, or failure analysis

Responsibilities

• Understands conditions for tests and sequences of test operations.
• Prepares technical summary reports for engineering and management.
• Interfaces with engineering to resolve testing problems.
• Uses software/hardware to conduct tests on electronic products/systems.
• Allocates defect causes and prepares follow-up reports.
