Job summary

Flex is expanding its engineering team in Prai, Penang, and seeks a Senior Debug Manager to lead test data evaluation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. You will train floor staff, repair technicians, and test operators on test hardware and software to improve yield and overall manufacturing efficiency.

You will collaborate with engineering and management, prepare technical summaries, resolve test problems, and configure digital circuits using FPGA and BGA.

Qualifications

• Typically requires at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training in EMS industry.
• Typically requires 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand test conditions and sequences of test operations.
• Prepare technical summary reports for engineering and management.
• Resolve testing problems and coordinate corrective actions.
• Evaluate and configure digital circuits using FPGA and Ball Grid Array (BGA).
• Resolve failures from point of origin/detection and monitor improvements.
