Job summary

DKSH is seeking an Executive Distribution Center Operations supervisor in Klang to oversee picking tasks, ensure accuracy, and maintain stock integrity. The role focuses on timely completion of daily assignments, safe equipment use, and efficient despatch processes.

You will organize daily workloads, monitor stock counts, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while collaborating with the Operations team in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skill.
• Computer literate; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Inventory controls and stock integrity knowledge.
• Quality of all operational duties to ensure accurate orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure picking tasks are completed.
• Ensure picking accuracy and correct loading of despatches.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and stock locations.
• Follow health and safety standards and report incidents.
• Maintain and use Materials Handling Equipment properly.
• Capture stock-out situations with supporting documents for invoices.
• Review Outstanding DO daily and take action as needed.
• Record losses or damages to products or assets.
• Participate in stock counts and cycle counts.
• Plan daily workload to optimize resources.
• Follow daily requirements laid out by Operations Management.
