Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience.
Experience in customer portal management and consignment inventory is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel preferred.
Experience with SAP, particularly Sales module, is preferred.
Must have a strong understanding of On-Time Delivery (OTD) and actions to improve it.

Responsibilities

Monitor and acknowledge customer demand signals via portals and communications.
Conduct regular meetings with customer buyers to maintain strong relationships and effective communication.
Place and track factory orders with Comet locations worldwide to support OTD performance.
Expedite customer orders with Planning and cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery commitments.
Ensure timely and accurate shipments with accurate delivery information.
