Job summary

Telecontinent Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive to oversee daily case management and coordinate with technicians, distributors and logistics partners to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

The role requires a diploma or degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in customer service operations or operations coordination, with strong organizational and analytical skills. Remuneration is RM3,000–RM4,000 per month, plus allowances and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service operations, after-sales support, business administration or operational coordination.
• Experience in payment administration, invoice verification, expense tracking or reconciliation.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily case management and ensure customer requests are properly followed up until resolution.
• Act as the primary operational contact for technicians, distributors, warehouses, logistics providers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain proper records of customer cases, financial transactions, approvals and operational activities.
• Provide operational guidance and support in resolving complicated cases.
