Comet Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Sales Operations Administrator to manage order processing in SAP and CRM, support invoicing, and ensure accurate handover to the Order Desk. You will collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and maintain data quality.

The role requires 3+ years in sales administration, knowledge of SAP SD, CRM systems, MS Office, and a strong understanding of export and VAT regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales administration, order management or sales operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (SD), CRM systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of international sales processes, export and VAT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order processing in SAP and CRM from creation to invoicing and handover.
• Prepare order confirmations, down-payment invoices, guarantees and LC requests.
• Communicate with customers and support payment follow-up until first down payment.
• Maintain customer master data, credit info and customer portal administration.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams for accurate order management.
