The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Subang, Malaysia to handle enquiries, order management, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will respond to product availability and pricing questions, track orders, prepare quotations, process invoices, manage returns, resolve order discrepancies, and maintain accurate customer records to support a responsive supply

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management or sales support.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer applications, email and data management.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle complex enquiries independently.
• Proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, urgent order requests and backlog management.
• Prepare quotations, process invoices, manage returns and resolve order discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, credit issues and service-related concerns promptly.
• Liaise with internal departments and the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order information and relevant documentation.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
