Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Order Management) in Malaysia. You will handle end-to-end order processing, coordinate with Commercial, Warehouse, Finance, and Planning teams, and address order-related issues to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 1-2 years in Order Management/CRM/Supply Chain, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end customer service support via phone and email, including order processing, order follow-up, returns, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Commercial, Warehouse, Finance, and Planning to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and order-related issues, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records, and prepare reports and data as required.
• Ensure all activities are carried out accurately and in compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and service quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving high customer satisfaction and service levels.
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team and provide support to team members when required.
