Job summary

Excel Rim Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Support professional to verify customer orders, ensure pricing accuracy, and confirm product details. You will acknowledge Purchase Orders promptly and maintain orderly sales records.

Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and supporting the department head/management with related tasks.

Qualifications

• SPM, STPM, diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or manufacturing related sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Check and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing and product details.
• Review and acknowledge customer Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain and organize all sales-related documents and records systematically.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by department head/management
