Deutsche Post Malaysia seeks a logistics professional to lead customer operations plans, manage orders received via the system, including special and non-assigned orders, and ensure the flow of goods and information across a customer’s global supply chain.

You will support the sales team, respond to operations requests such as quotations and billing corrections, monitor delivery timelines and service quality, and collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to maintain smooth, cost-efficient

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• 3–5 years’ experience in relevant roles.
• 2 years in a supervisory role is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Execute customer operations plans and processes to deliver efficient logistics.
• Manage and update orders received via the system including special and non-assigned orders.
• Ensure flow of goods and information across a customer’s global supply chain and resolve order/delivery issues.
• Support sales teams and respond to operations-related requests such as quotation, exception deal management, and billing corrections.
• Draft reports on customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, and reasons for product returns.
• Interact with other logistics operations departments, customer service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
