Job summary

Arkema Coating Resins Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Customer Service Executive or Senior Customer Service Executive in Pasir Gudang.

You will manage customer orders, prepare documentation, coordinate logistics, assist with credit facilities, and support sales with timely communication and accurate reporting. The role requires 3 years in manufacturing, knowledge of MPS, LC, and stock planning, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma holder with 3 years in manufacturing and knowledge of MPS, shipping, LC, and stock planning.
• Committed and good team leader
• Knowledge of MPS, logistics facilities and trade exemption
• Analytical mindset for task improvement
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang and immediate availability

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and execute within lead time, updating delivery date with terms.
• Prepare documentation for customers and financial institutions.
• Select and coordinate third-party logistics for export and local transport.
• Assist with credit facilities and collections in collaboration with Sales.
• Update monthly commission reports.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and pre-alert Sales for needs.
• Process customer complaints with inter-department follow-up.
• Handle customer inquiries and route to the correct person.
• Process sample requisition forms and confirm dispatch mode.
• Issue debit/credit notes, quotations in absence of Sales staff, and perform admin duties.
• Ensure reports and tracking are maintained.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and participate in loss control.
