Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing / Industrial / Business/ marketing or equivalent.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to speak and write in English / Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• New business development and market share enlargement.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage order-to-delivery cycle.
• Process purchase orders and issue invoices/ Sales Orders.
• Coordinate with planning/packing for production and logistics.
• Assist in market forecasting and sales data analysis.
• Support in payment follow-up and handling customer complaints.

Education
