Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in commercial operations, customer service, or order fulfillment in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail;e effectively liaising with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• OTC & Sales Administration: verify POs, generate SOs, issue confirmations.
• Production Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination: align CRD with planners and coordinate sample preparation.
• Customer Care & Account Support: respond to inquiries, handle complaints, assist AR follow-ups.

Education

Diploma, STPM, SPM, or equivalent

5+ years experience in commercial operations
