Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in the Oleochemical/Manufacturing industry is a must.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience (Sales Admin, Order Management, Customer Service - Sales Order).
• Language proficiency : English, BM, Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Be the one-point contact to customers and ensure orders are received, processed and delivered efficiently.
• Provide administrative, clerical, and customer support to sales staff.
• Perform sales and delivery order management in SAP within set timelines.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, QA, Shipping, and Logistics for goods readiness.
• Communicate order status, payment terms, and shipment details to customers timely.
• Generate order reports and maintain sales documents and invoices.
