IOI Properties Group Berhad in the Southern region invites applications for a Senior Executive / Executive - Contracts. You will manage contract administration from tender stage to final account and prepare cost analyses and tender/contract documents.

You will also handle pre-qualification and renewal assessments, tender reports, contract awards, cost control, value engineering, variation orders, and final accounts. The role is based in Johor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the contract administration from tender stage until final account stage
• Prepare cost analysis or estimate
• Prepare pre-qualification / renewal assessment for contractor
• Prepare tender document and contract document
• Prepare tender report of tender analysis
• Prepare contract award
• Application of cost control
• Application of value engineering
• Variation order assessment and monitoring
• Prepare final account
