Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad is seeking a Contract Executive to support administration and management of contractual and commercial matters for construction and property development projects. The role offers exposure to tendering, procurement, cost control, contract administration and project cost management.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-3 years’ relevant experience is advantageous. You will work with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in quantity surveying, construction management, building, civil engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of tendering, procurement, cost estimation and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist in preparation of tender documents, cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in preparation and verification of progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and support cost control activities.
• Maintain contract documentation and records in an organized manner.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and internal project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Assist in evaluating subcontractor claims and payment certifications.
• Prepare reports and other documentation as required by the Contract Department.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
