You will assist in pre-contract cost control, tender documentation and post-contract cost reporting, supporting variations and final accounts with a team of experienced QS professionals. Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Knowledge of construction contracts is preferred (internship ok).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-contract cost control and estimates.
• Assist tender documents, quantities, and end-to-end process.
• Assist post-contract cost control, interim claims, and final accounts.
• Support contract variations, claims, and related docs.
• Monitor progress and report issues or risks.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain records of contractual documents and communications.
• Prepare reports on contract status and project updates.
• Help ensure contractual obligations are met on time.
