Job summary

Kos Consult Sdn Bhd is a young and dynamic company providing quantity surveying and project management services. The founders are qualified and experienced quantity surveyors who have involvement in a range of construction projects from industrial buildings to civil engineering works and residential/commercial building projects of various sizes.

The company seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 4–8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a Consultant QS Firm, to lead contractual

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• 4 to 8 years of working experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Consultant QS Firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Contract Executives on daily quantity surveying tasks.
• Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and Measurement Software (Golden & Terramodel) will be an added advantage.
