Job summary

PCM Kos Perunding is seeking a Contracts Executive (QS) in Kuala Lumpur to manage the full tender process, cost estimation, and contract administration from pre- to post-contract stages. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying with 3-5 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in Glodon TAS, TRB and CostX.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, property development, or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of building contracts and cost databases.
• Familiar with tender documentation, valuation, contract awards, and final accounts.
• Strong contract administration and cost management skills.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.
• Proficient in Glodon TAS, TRB and CostX.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full tender process, including pre-contract and post-contract administration.
• Prepare tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender evaluations.
• Evaluate quotations, claims, Variation Orders, and Final Accounts.
• Monitor project costs and progress claims.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare working budgets with Project Managers.
• Ensure proper contract documentation and compliance with company procedures.
• Perform post-project evaluations upon completion.
