The role requires end-to-end production, collaboration with teams and partners, and on-site presence when needed. You will oversee ads, UGC initiatives, events, and brand initiatives while tracking performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.
• Manage content calendar and end-to-end content production (copy, visuals, video).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaigns and launches.
• Engage communities, respond to comments/DMs, and monitor trends.
• Analyse performance, prepare monthly reports, and optimize strategy based on data.
