Job summary

Generation Two Thousand Apparel Sdn. Bhd. seeks a creative Content Strategist to lead social media initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XHS, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

You will own the content calendar, produce high-quality visuals, monitor performance, engage the community, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to translate strategy into compelling campaigns and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong design proficiency with industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Pro.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media content (static graphics and video).
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, ad formats, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS).
• Own the social media content calendar and ensure a consistent, timely stream of posts, campaigns, and activations.
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to evaluate performance and iterate on strategies.
• Oversee community management and respond to comments/messages to foster a positive brand tone.
• Stay current with platform changes and emerging content formats/trends to keep the brand ahead.
• Plan and execute social media-specific campaigns, contests, and collaborations.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visuals and short-form video content.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to translate marketing goals into visuals and campaigns.
• Develop clear, concise creative briefs for campaigns and external support.
• Provide design support for internal events, communications, or other marketing material.
