UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Social Media & Content Marketer to drive brand awareness and ecommerce growth across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XHS.

You will plan calendars, scripts and campaigns, and coordinate with designers and creators to deliver compelling content. Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, E-Commerce or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok Shop.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
• Able to write engaging short-form video scripts and promotional content.
• Good understanding of social media trends and digital consumer behaviour.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing activities to business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, take initiative and execute ideas with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing digital trends.

Responsabilidades

• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
• Plan content calendars, campaigns, captions and short-form video scripts.
• Develop engaging content that supports both brand awareness and sales.
• Monitor trends, engagement and content performance to improve results.
• Develop content ideas, campaign concepts and creative angles.
• Write engaging captions, short-form video scripts, hooks and CTAs.
• Adapt content for TikTok, Reels and XHS to drive engagement and conversion.
• Brief and coordinate with designers, videographers, KOLs/KOCs and content creators.
• Ensure content supports both brand awareness and business objectives.
• Manage and optimise Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Optimise product listings, store merchandising, promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor e-commerce performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and sales.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive enquiries, bookings and sales.
• Track key metrics including engagement, traffic, leads, conversion, sales and ROAS.
• Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements to maximise marketing performance.
