Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Senior Executive for our Social & Digital initiatives. This role is a vital part of our team, focusing on developing and executing content strategies across our social media, member app, and website. The ideal candidate will not only drive engagement and audience growth through compelling storytelling and data‑driven insights but also be confident in becoming the face of our content – appearing in videos, hosting segments, and actively engaging with our online community.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Member Apps.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns and promotions.
• Plan, co‑develop, publish, and monitor social media content and track its performance to ensure alignment with the company’s branding and business objectives.
• Write clear and error‑free content for the company’s social media platforms, website, and digital platform that reflects the company’s voice.
• Brainstorm and generate ideas for social media marketing campaigns.
• Prepare monthly social media reports to generate insights and recommendations.
• Ensure timely and coordinated posts across all platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Analyze performance data to measure success, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Keep up with the latest trends and platform updates to ensure our social media strategies remain cutting‑edge.
• Handle marketing ad‑hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or any other related discipline.
