Job summary

DayOne, a global leader in data centre infrastructure, seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to own profitability across its customer portfolio. You will drive pricing strategies, review complex contracts, and partner with legal, sales, and product teams to pursue opportunities and optimise revenue.

The role requires a deep ICT/data centre market understanding, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes priorities while shaping commercial standards across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant business analysis or commercial experience in data centres/IT infra.
• Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial acumen.
• Solid understanding of data centre technologies and telecoms.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing for bids, RFPs, and complex products/solutions.
• Assess commercial risk for contracts and strategic initiatives.
• Review non-standard contracts with legal and other units.
• Drive deal-committee approvals for non-standard or CAPEX-heavy proposals.
• Support Sales with pricing and costing for proposals.
• Perform win-loss analyses and forecast pipelines.
