Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. seeks aSenior Client Relationship and Delivery Lead to own outcomes from construction through live SLA performance. You’ll lead virtual delivery teams and coordinate with Sales, Design, Construction, and Testing to meet client expectations.

This senior role requires 7+ years in data center delivery, strong ITIL knowledge, and fluency in Mandarin and English. You will drive cross-market projects and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the data center industry, with project delivery and client management experience.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, ITIL, and SLAs.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across full delivery lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
