Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a senior commercial professional to drive profitability across its global data centres. You’ll manage pricing for bids, review complex contracts, support sales and marketing strategies, and develop financial models to underpin business cases.

With extensive experience in data centres or IT infrastructure, you will influence pricing, risk assessment, and stakeholder alignment across functions while contributing to growth initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Financial knowledge to build business cases and models.
• Appreciation of technical knowledge in data centres and related tech.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pricing for bids, RFPs, and non-standard products.
• Conduct commercial risk assessment for contracts and initiatives.
• Review non-standard contracts with legal and other units.
• Drive deal committee reviews for non-standard proposals.
• Support Sales on pricing and costing for proposals.
• Perform win-loss analysis to improve deals.
• Co-drive pricing reviews across markets with Sales and Product.
• Co-drive renewal/ churn reviews of service agreements with Sales.
• Prepare Sales forecast and pipeline analysis.
• Drive digitization of commercial and quotation processes.
