OCBC, Singapore's longest-established bank, seeks a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers, delivering tailored cash management solutions and advisory.

Qualifications

• A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial banking or related field.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; able to travel.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow deposit portfolio and deepen profitable relationships by advising on Cash Management.
• Proactively review with clients to increase share of wallet with cash management, collection, payment, payroll, and internet banking.
• Hunt new-to-bank opportunities and generate leads from existing client relationships.
• Cross-sell additional banking products including facilities, bancassurance, workplace accounts, and premier banking.
• Collaborate with Transaction Banking, Treasury, Product and Operations to meet revenue targets.
• Perform customer due diligence in compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
