Job summary

NTT DATA in Malaysia seeks a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) to deliver top-tier managed cloud operations, incident resolution, and proactive optimization.

You will configure, install, test and manage client infrastructure on-site, monitor alerts, investigate root causes, coordinate with vendors, and drive automation and disaster recovery testing.

Applicants should have ITIL experience and a degree in IT/computing, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across cultures.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITIL experience and strong knowledge of managed cloud services.
• Experience with Windows/Linux server administration and virtualization.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve cloud incidents and problems.
• Configure, install, test and manage client infrastructure on-site.
• Monitor alerts, log issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties as needed.
• Review incidents monthly and seek quality improvements.
• Drive automation and participate in disaster recovery testing.
• Provide feedback to clients and update systems and portals.
