Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L2) to ensure cloud infrastructure runs smoothly in Malaysia. You will monitor, investigate, and resolve cloud incidents and service requests, providing second-line support and ensuring SLAs are met.

You'll lead client escalations, contribute to change management, plan maintenance, and analyze tickets for trends. Collaboration with automation teams and the service desk will drive proactive improvements and reliable operations for client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server administration is required.
• Familiarity with virtualization, storage, and data center concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and resolve cloud incidents and service requests.
• Provide second-line support and manage incidents with medium complexity.
• Lead client escalations and participate in change management processes.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities and analyze incident tickets for trends.
• Collaborate with automation teams and service desk to optimize support.
