Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) to join our on-site team in Malaysia. You will play a key role in delivering top-tier cloud support, proactively identifying and resolving incidents, and ensuring clients experience minimal disruption.

You will configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure, monitor systems, respond to alerts, work with vendors, document issues, and continually seek efficiency through automation and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent.
• Experience in managed services and ITIL processes.
• Experience with Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and storage.
• Proven ability to work with vendors and cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve cloud-based incidents and problems.
• Configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure.
• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and log issues promptly.
• Investigate third-line support calls and coordinate with vendors.
• Contribute to service improvement and automation initiatives.
