Job summary

You will monitor alerts, investigate third-line support, and collaborate with vendors. The role includes disaster recovery planning and delivering automation opportunities to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Computing.
• Extensive experience in managed services and ITIL processes is required.
• Strong technical skills across Windows, Linux, virtualization, storage, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve cloud-based incidents and problems.
• Configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure to keep it operational.
• Monitor alerts, investigate 3rd-line support calls, and log root causes.
• Collaborate with vendors and third parties for incidents and improvements.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing; pursue automation opportunities.
