Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) in Malaysia to deliver top-tier managed services for clients, resolving cloud incidents and maintaining infrastructure. You will configure, install, test, and manage client environments while coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure uptime.

Applicants should have extensive managed services experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication across cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing.
• Extensive experience in managed services with ITIL knowledge.
• Ability to work with vendors and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve cloud-based incidents and problems.
• Configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure to keep it operational.
• Investigate third-line support calls, log issues, and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform monthly reviews of incidents and service requests and suggest improvements.
• Provide feedback to clients and explore opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Lead or participate in projects within the technology domain and support disaster recovery testing.
