Job summary

NTT DATA in Malaysia is seeking a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) to deliver high‑quality managed cloud services. You will configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure to keep systems running smoothly and with minimal disruption.

The role involves proactive incident detection, root cause analysis, on‑site support, vendor collaboration, and regular reviews of incidents and service requests.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/Computing, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, test and manage client infrastructure to keep it operational.
• Proactively identify and resolve cloud incidents and problems with ITIL alignment.
• Check monitoring tools, respond to alerts and log issues promptly.
• Investigate third-line support calls and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide on-site technical support and collaborate with vendors/third parties.
• Review incidents and service requests monthly and recommend quality improvements.
• Provide client feedback and update all systems and portals consistently.
• Identify opportunities for automation and work optimization.
• Manage and implement projects within technology domain and meet timelines.
• Implement and deliver disaster recovery functions and tests for data protection.
