Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) in Malaysia to deliver top-tier cloud services. You will proactively resolve incidents, configure and manage client infrastructure, and monitor environments while coordinating with vendors to ensure high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent.
• Experience in medium to large ICT organizations in an engineering/ops role.
• Proven managed services experience with ITIL processes.
• Experience collaborating with vendors/third parties.

Responsibilities

• Provide cloud managed services to clients and proactively resolve incidents and problems.
• Configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure to keep it operational.
• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and log issues; investigate root causes.
• Review incidents and service requests monthly; propose quality improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and work optimization; update systems and portals.
• Manage and deliver projects within the technology domain to meet client timelines.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing for data protection and continuity.
