Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) in Malaysia to support top-tier client cloud environments and ensure continuous operation of infrastructure. You will identify and resolve incidents, configure and test systems, and maintain service quality across environments.

You will monitor alerts, investigate complex issues with vendors, and drive improvements through automation and disaster recovery testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent.
• Experience in managed services with ITIL processes.
• Ability to work with vendors and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve cloud-based incidents and problems.
• Configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure to stay operational.
• Monitor, respond to alerts, and log issues promptly.
• Investigate third-line support calls and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with vendors and third parties as needed.
• Conduct monthly reviews of incidents and service requests to improve quality.
• Provide client feedback and update all systems and portals.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Manage and implement projects within the technology domain.
• Implement disaster recovery functions and tests for data protection.
