Randstad Malaysia seeks a Senior Customer Service Executive to manage full client journeys and complex regulatory workflows, delivering end-to-end service.

You will address inquiries across omnichannel platforms, log updates, and drive 40–60 accounts with disciplined follow-ups and timely responses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, a Class D licence, and CRM familiarity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
• 2–4 years experience in customer service, case management, claims administration, or regulatory liaison environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Active Class D driving licence for on-site visits.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital productivity tools; meticulous documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Address inbound customer enquiries across omnichannel platforms and log case updates in internal systems.
• Manage pipelines for 40–60 client accounts with timely follow-ups and adherence to response times.
• Present approved commercial offers to clients and conduct professional negotiations.
• Coordinate with operations and road transport authorities for deregistration, biometrics, and documentation.
• Resolve non-standard cases involving legal restrictions or estate administration before final certificates.
