Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive to lead and enhance customer service operations in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee inquiries, orders, and complaints, while building strong client relationships and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field, 4–6 years of experience in customer service, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customer service team to handle inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with key clients by understanding needs and providing prompt service.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Handle escalated issues and resolve complaints while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Provide feedback to management on customer insights and potential product or service improvements.
• Train and mentor junior team members to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
