Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior leader to head the customer care function, overseeing daily operations and driving performance across the order fulfilment lifecycle. You will lead a team to meet delivery targets and service standards, while partnering with production, supply chain, quality and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in operations within customer care or supply chain, plus 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

8+ years of operational experience in customer care, order management or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing.
2–3 years in a leadership role managing customer service personnel.
Practical familiarity with ERP software to manage order fulfilment and workflow tracking.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills to resolve bottlenecks and uphold delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

Manage daily customer service operations and lead a team to achieve delivery and satisfaction targets.
Establish workflows and service guidelines to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
Collaborate with production, supply chain, quality and logistics to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
Analyse performance metrics and present key insights to senior management.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements using ERP tools.
