Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a seasoned leader to head the customer care function, driving services across the order fulfilment lifecycle in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of operational experience in customer care, order management, or supply chain.
Demonstrated 2–3 years in a leadership capacity managing customer service personnel.
Degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead the customer care function to maintain high service standards and drive operational performance across the order fulfilment lifecycle.
Manage daily customer service operations and lead a team to achieve key delivery and satisfaction targets.
Establish operational workflows and service guidelines to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
Partner with production, supply chain, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
Analyse performance metrics and present key operational insights to senior management.
Drive process improvement initiatives and system enhancements using ERP tools.
