We are seeking an experienced in-house brand designer to join our global in-house brand team, supporting day‑to‑day design requests and visual communications across digital and print channels. The role works closely with marketing, content, web, social media, and other internal teams to create impactful designs that align with brand standards while supporting business objectives.
Develop and execute Change Adoption & Training Delivery plans for implementation of organization wide changes according to regional and global strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Change Scope, Impacted group(s), gaps in capabilities to ascertain training requirements for new changes.
- Definition and articulation of business benefits of changes, translating this through to ‘what’s in it’ for the business and individuals.
- Cross-collaborate across stakeholders to align on learning requirements, approach and timing.
- Develop and manage a detailed training delivery plan for different groups of impacted stakeholders.
- Identifying potential areas of resistance to change and developing plans to reduce resistance and foster positive acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and foster cross‑department collaboration to enhance business relationships and project delivery.
Execution of learning plans for facilitating smooth adaption of changes
- Translate learning requirements into structured live trainings/ reinforcements that will guide employees in their current role.
- Create, develop and periodically update the classroom and e‑learning handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Facilitate/Support/Conduct training sessions/ workshops for delivering trainings as per defined training plans.
- Create presentations, demos creatively using creative software tools.
Measurement of success of change initiatives and support in implementing corrective actions
- Constant monitoring and improving key performance indicators to better identify, measure, and improve the effectiveness of change embedding.
- Encouraging feedback from employees to understand their concerns and improve the change process.
- Identify resistance and performance gaps and help to develop/implement corrective actions.
Key Requirements
- 4-6 years of training experience (preferbly for Digital Transformation projects)
- Fluency in English is must. Desired fluency in Chinese.
- Familiarity in using creative tools like Canva, PowerPoint and Walnut.
- Flexibility to work across timezone.
- Adaptability to multi-cultural environment.
