Job summary

Shopper360 Limited is seeking a training specialist in Malaysia to design and deliver content covering soft skills, product knowledge, and technical skills for our sales and service teams. The role involves running stand-up and online sessions, coordinating schedules and participants, and assessing training effectiveness.

You will coach regional trainers to build team capability and support ongoing innovation and productivity initiatives through targeted training programs.

Qualifications

• Develop training content for soft skills, products, and technical skills.
• Conduct stand-up and online training sessions on sales, service, and products.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, and participants (internal staff and dealers).
• Evaluate training effectiveness through tests and feedback.
• Manage and coach Region Trainers to build team capability.
